Strengthening International Collaborations

Within the scope of the Konya Agriculture Fair, a delegation from Tanzania visited the KOP Regional Development Administration, hosted by our President, Dr. Murat Karakoyunlu.

During the visit, President Karakoyunlu delivered a comprehensive presentation on KOP’s regional development vision, ongoing projects, and strategic initiatives in agriculture, energy, and sustainable development.

The Tanzanian delegation, comprising officials from the Environmental Protection Council and representatives from various sectors primarily agriculture shared their evaluations of Konya’s high agricultural potential and presented innovative business ideas. During the discussions, a mutual agreement was reached to enhance the exchange of knowledge and experience and to maintain continuous cooperation.

Organized in collaboration with INTKOP, this visit underscores KOP’s commitment to internationalization and demonstrates the global resonance of our regional development model.
