Within the scope of KOP Academy:

  • Prepare and publish reports containing research, analysis, and evaluations focused on the KOP Region.

  • Conduct data-driven analyses of the region’s economic, social, and environmental structure to inform decision-makers.

  • Provide capacity-building training for KOP staff and public institutions and organizations in the region.

  • Develop training modules addressing the region’s needs in areas such as agriculture, agricultural irrigation, energy, industry, technology, education, and social development.

  • Organize talks, seminars, and workshops with academics and experts to enhance knowledge sharing.

  • Arrange social and cultural activities for KOP Regional Administration staff to increase job satisfaction and motivation.

  • Offer development-oriented knowledge and capacity-building programs for public and private sector employees.

  • Provide consultancy services for innovative projects, knowledge transfer, and technology applications.

  • Support regional development activities by collaborating with local governments, public institutions, universities, and non-governmental organizations.
