This project aims to cover the full cost of energy audits conducted for all businesses of any size operating in the KOP Region, provided that the businesses send at least one of their current employees to either Energy Manager Training or Audit-Project Training.

There are approximately 96,000 workplaces in 484 Small Industrial Sites across the country. Seventeen percent of these businesses operate in the automotive sector, 15% in machining and sheet metal processing, 13% in metal goods, and 12% in plastic goods. Specifically in the KOP Region, there are 57 small industrial sites and approximately 11,000 businesses.

Through Training and Extension Activities aimed at field crop breeding and ensuring the efficient and sustainable use of soil and water resources in crop production, the first fully controlled breeding greenhouse in Konya province has been established at Selçuk University to strengthen educational infrastructure. The greenhouse is designed to create suitable conditions unaffected by seasonal variations, enabling multiple breeding cycles within a single year to shorten the breeding process. Additionally, the project aims to increase university students' interest in plant breeding and demonstrate modern breeding practices, agricultural techniques, and technologies.

Numerous projects are being supported in partnership with producer organizations such as Chambers of Agriculture, Cooperatives, etc., with the aim of increasing shared machinery usage among farmers in the region, enhancing agricultural mechanization, and facilitating farmers' access to modern agricultural machinery.

Through this project, the objectives are to eliminate post-harvest losses for farmers producing in Karatay district, save time and labor, introduce new technologies, develop the technical knowledge infrastructure in the agricultural sector, disseminate new agricultural techniques and mechanization, utilize regional capacity efficiently, and prevent resource wastage.

The Karatay Bilsem New Generation KOP Learning Center has been established in the Karatay Science and Arts Center building. Innovative approaches are used to enhance the thinking, designing, and production skills of children and young people in the region, with the aim of enabling children to develop themselves through innovative education. The New Generation KOP Learning Center houses the KOP Astronomy-Aviation and Space Workshop, the KOP Technology-Digital Engineering Workshop, and the KOP Science and Experiment Workshop.

The Konya Metropolitan Municipality established a glass greenhouse of approximately 400 m² within the Konya Science Center. With the aim of evaluating this greenhouse, it was decided to research the use of our Hydrogen Combi Systems, which we produce and export using local and national resources, in greenhouses with the support of GES, to calculate costs, and to implement a pilot greenhouse application. Within the scope of the project, the glass greenhouse has been equipped with a HID+GES+RES heating system.

The Provincial Directorates of Industry and Technology in Niğde and Kırşehir aim to prevent damage to devices and equipment used in industrial enterprises operating in the region due to power outages and to prevent approximately 15% of manufacturing and raw material losses that may occur during production line interruptions.
