There are approximately 96,000 workplaces in 484 Small Industrial Sites across the country. Seventeen percent of these businesses operate in the automotive sector, 15% in machining and sheet metal processing, 13% in metal goods, and 12% in plastic goods. Specifically in the KOP Region, there are 57 small industrial sites and approximately 11,000 businesses.

The project aims to increase the added value of shotgun and parts production in the Huğlu and Üzümlü neighborhoods for domestic and international markets, increase production efficiency in line with Turkey's 2023 vision, expand export potential, and ensure the integration of the existing shotgun and parts production structure with the defense industry and other related sectors.

Through Training and Extension Activities aimed at field crop breeding and ensuring the efficient and sustainable use of soil and water resources in crop production, the first fully controlled breeding greenhouse in Konya province has been established at Selçuk University to strengthen educational infrastructure. The greenhouse is designed to create suitable conditions unaffected by seasonal variations, enabling multiple breeding cycles within a single year to shorten the breeding process. Additionally, the project aims to increase university students' interest in plant breeding and demonstrate modern breeding practices, agricultural techniques, and technologies.

This project involves researching the use of Hydrogen Combi Systems, which we produce and export using domestic and national resources, in student dormitory buildings with the support of the GES, conducting cost calculations, and implementing a pilot application.

Through the greenhouse projects, the aims are to achieve high yield per unit area, to conduct value-added production on small and fragmented lands, to enable production in the early and late seasons, to reduce the carbon footprint, and to promote the widespread adoption of the concept of local production and local consumption.

Through this project, the objectives are to enable beekeepers to produce their own queen bees to obtain higher quality and quantity of products, to contribute to their income by cultivating alternative bee products such as royal jelly, pollen, and propolis alongside honey, and to strengthen the organizational structure so that they can have a say in the market regarding the cultivation and marketing of bee products.
