A sorting, grading, roasting, and packaging facility has been established to add value to pulses widely cultivated in the region, particularly pumpkin seeds. The project aims to shield farmers from price fluctuations and increase their income by enabling them to sell packaged products.

The project aims to process Topaç Village Garlic, produced from local seeds in Topaç Village of Acıgöl district, on-site; market it in semi-processed form through the cooperative; and generate local employment. Within the scope of the project, one Garlic Peeling and Packaging Facility has been established.

In areas within our region where livestock activities and mobility are intensive, the project aims to support investment initiatives for the establishment, rehabilitation, and licensing of modern animal markets/exchanges, animal parks and fairs, and slaughterhouse facilities. This is intended to enhance animal health and disease control, as well as to develop the trade of animals, meat, and dairy products.

Through this project, the primary aim is to meet the seedling needs for vegetables, flowers, etc., first in Meram District and subsequently in Konya and surrounding provinces, thereby activating local potential. It also seeks to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources locally, enhance the competitiveness of producers, and promote the economic and social integration of vegetable-growing farmers. Within the scope of the project, a 3,000 m² seedling production greenhouse has been established for seedling cultivation.

The Karatay Bilsem New Generation KOP Learning Center has been established in the Karatay Science and Arts Center building. Innovative approaches are used to enhance the thinking, designing, and production skills of children and young people in the region, with the aim of enabling children to develop themselves through innovative education. The New Generation KOP Learning Center houses the KOP Astronomy-Aviation and Space Workshop, the KOP Technology-Digital Engineering Workshop, and the KOP Science and Experiment Workshop.

Through this project, the aim is to ensure the effective production, processing, and marketing of a local bean variety cultivated by farmers, processed by farmer organizations, and marketed by these same organizations.
