A significant portion of animal slaughter in the region still takes place in small and primitive slaughterhouses, with meat and meat products often being produced under conditions that are not hygienically or technologically adequate. Small-scale operations lack cooling units, preventing carcass maturation, creating challenges in preserving internal organs, and resulting in the underutilization of by-products. Additionally, carcasses, hides, and internal organs are transported in unsuitable vehicles.

A sorting, grading, roasting, and packaging facility has been established to add value to pulses widely cultivated in the region, particularly pumpkin seeds. The project aims to shield farmers from price fluctuations and increase their income by enabling them to sell packaged products.

Due to its location at the foothills of the Sultan Mountains, residents of the Akşehir District strive to sustain their livelihoods through very small-scale agricultural and livestock operations.

As part of the project, the following equipment has been procured to enhance the educational infrastructure of the Selçuk University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Animal Hospital: 2 intensive care cabins, 2 infusion pumps, 10 oxygen regulators, 1 ultrasound device, and 1 imaging system.

Through this project, the objectives are to enable beekeepers to produce their own queen bees to obtain higher quality and quantity of products, to contribute to their income by cultivating alternative bee products such as royal jelly, pollen, and propolis alongside honey, and to strengthen the organizational structure so that they can have a say in the market regarding the cultivation and marketing of bee products.

The Konya Metropolitan Municipality established a glass greenhouse of approximately 400 m² within the Konya Science Center. With the aim of evaluating this greenhouse, it was decided to research the use of our Hydrogen Combi Systems, which we produce and export using local and national resources, in greenhouses with the support of GES, to calculate costs, and to implement a pilot greenhouse application. Within the scope of the project, the glass greenhouse has been equipped with a HID+GES+RES heating system.
