Through portable sheepfold projects; the aims are to improve shelter conditions and thereby increase animal welfare, to prevent losses in livestock productivity, to produce healthy and high-quality animal products, to prevent the formation of permanent shelters in pastures, to vacate irregular structures within pastures, and to develop alternative methods that will facilitate the reclamation of pastures.
