The project aims to process Topaç Village Garlic, produced from local seeds in Topaç Village of Acıgöl district, on-site; market it in semi-processed form through the cooperative; and generate local employment. Within the scope of the project, one Garlic Peeling and Packaging Facility has been established.

Nevşehir province ranks first in Turkey in the production of pumpkin seeds for snacking. The project aims to prevent producers from being subjected to prices determined by merchants and to enable them to process and sort their products through their local chamber of agriculture, thereby selling them at their true value. Within this scope, a product processing facility with a capacity of 5 tons per hour has been established.
