Due to small ruminant livestock farming being based on pasture, pastures are of great importance. On a 300-decare pasture area, the planting of 33,333 four-wing saltbush plants and the installation of an electric fence have been provided. With the pasture rehabilitation, an increase in profitability in small ruminant livestock farming is foreseen.

Medicinal and aromatic plants are of great importance for utilizing unirrigated, arid, unproductive, and idle lands in rural areas. Through this project, the aims are to extract oil from the lavender produced by farmers in Güneysınır district, thereby improving quality, increasing income and welfare levels, and bringing marginal lands into agricultural use.
